The Roto 2000 Auto Rotisserie has a 5 yr limited warranty from the date of purchase. Roto 2000 warrants the product against failure or breakage. In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase - save sales receipt. This warranty applies only to the original owner, providing the product has been used in accordance with our instructions, used as recommended and in a normal application. Roto 2000, at its option, may repair or replace the product or components necessary to restore the product to good working condition. Roto 2000 reserves the right to inspect the claimed failed component prior to the actual replacement or repair of the product or component part. Any product or part which has been repaired or altered in any manner outside of Roto 2000’s factory, unless previously authorized in writing by Roto 2000, will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse or abuse, accidental damages, scuffs, scratches, rust, abnormal usage, negligence, damage caused by improper maintenance or shipping costs. This warranty does not allow recovery of incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, delay, property damage or other consequential damage, and Roto 2000 accepts no liability for such damages. This warranty does not include components not manufactured by Roto 2000 including casters and hydraulic jacks. These components carry a (1) year manufacturers warranty.
